AY McDonald FLOAT VALVES

AY McDonald float with long arm for stock tanks. The AY McDonald Float Valve has a brass valve body that houses a rubber ball. The float arm is made of cast iron and is 19" long with a nole in the end for mounting a flat tank float.

Midland ALL BRASS FLOAT VALVES

The Midland All-Brass float valves have a brass body with a precision machined seat for the guide to set into. A leather washer is on top of the guide, secured by a lid that attaches to the handle arm. The design gives you a positive shut off every time. By removing the two screws and connecting the handle in position perpendicular to that shown, the valve can be used on the side of the watering trough, instead of the bottom.

#8715 Flat hard rubber float is used with any of the above float valves to control the water level in your stock tank. Rubber float measures 2-3/4" thick and 12" diameter, with a 3/8" hole in the center for mounting to the float valve. The durability of hard rubber floats make them attractive for use where livestock are rough on the tank float.

Flat bars have rod thread on one end and a flat bar with holes to connect to the windmill pole.
