#707  GRAPHITE COATED LEATHER CYLINDER CUPS

#707  Graphite coated leathers are made from the center of the hide, flesh side out. The graphite coating prevents fast absorption of water and acts as a lubricant to reduce binding of the plunger in the cylinder.

The Towner neoprene rubber cup has been used for years in Australia with outstanding success, showing 3 to 4 times the working life of standard leather cups. The neoprene rubber cup with fabric reinforcement will work well in either new or worn cylinders.

The following Solid Center ( NO CENTER HOLE ) Leather Cups are stocked in Denver. New leathers will measure smaller than their size implies. This is because they will swell in the water up to the proper size. Order leathers based on the ID ( inside measurement ) of the cylinder bore, not the measurement of an old leather.
