912 Outdoor Burial Sewage Package Install Instructions
Above, the sewage pump package is shown as shipped by Zoeller. Because of past problems with rough handling, we now ship these with the pump removed. You will get the tank with the conduits through the wall, and the pump in separate packages. Lower the pump into the basin and connect to the discharge pipe, and you are ready to use the system. This eliminates the possibility of the basin bottom being cracked by the package being dropped with force. The bottom of the sewage pump is also protected against damage. While it is no longer a drop in and connect, the simple step of placing the pump in the basin and connecting it, will save you many problems from damage in transit.

The
Zoeller #9120082 packaged sewage pump system is designed to be buried
outside, to pump sewage without having to install it in the basement.
Zoeller pre-assembles this M-264 4/10ths HP 115V sewage pump into the
basin, so that all you need to do is dig the hole, drop in the packaged
system, and connect your sewage inlet and the discharge pipe to the basin.
As stated above, we now ship the pump separately to prevent damage in transit to the pump or the basin. The plug and the float switch can be routed through a conduit to your power plug. Zoeller says you must check with your local zoning for where the check valve should be put. For your convenience later, the check valve should be accessible through a manhole or some other opening. The basin is 18" diameter and 30" deep. We offer 12" extensions to place on the top of the basin to bury the basin as much as 36" maximum below the ground surface. Use 3 extensions to bury 36" below ground surface. The M264 sewage pump will pass 2" spherical solids and comes with a 15 foot cord. The on point is 12-1/2 inches and it turns off at 4-1/2 inches. |

| Watertight Plug in Box $ 158.00 When installing an outdoor sewage basin and pump, you need a water tight box to make your electrical connections. This water tight box has a socket to plug in your piggy back float switch, and then plug in the pump into the back side of the float switch plug. There is a terminal block that allows you to make connection to your high water alarm float. The Nema 4 enclosure makes your connections protected from the elements.
