The Zoeller Shark Grinder Sewage Pump is a completely automatic pump with starting controls built right into the pump case. Control panels are not required for operation. Durable heavy duty finned cast iron construction. The cutters are protected from abrasive solids. Legs provide for a free standing installation. Easily adapts to a rail system installation. Oil filled hermetically sealed motor with class B windings, carbon ceramic mechanical shaft seal, automatic thermal overload protection and stainless steel screws, bolts and lifting handle.

This factory assembled system consists of the
WD 820  2 hp  230 v  Automatic Sewage Grinder Pump
24" x 72" Simplex Basin, fiberglass lid, brass disconnect
fitting and 1-1/2" Stainless steel Guide Rail System.
System is assembled with 1-1/4" cast iron sewage check
valve and 1-1/4" galvanized steel discharge pipe.

Alarm package is included but not pictured. The floats for turning on and off of the pump and for the alarm are connected through the QuikBox watertight splice connection box.
An 1-1/4" PVC Ball Valve is installed at the 1-1/4" Bulk Head discharge fitting to prevent sewage from draining back into the tank after disconnection.

The basin has an anti-floatation ring to prevent the tank from rising due to ground water. A solid 3/8" thick fiberglass lid covers the tank, while you get 5 grommet seals, one 1-1/4", one 1-1/2" two 2", and one 4", to install incoming and outgoing pipes.

This rail system has connection for an 1-1/4" from the pump to the discharge. Install the sewage pump disconnect rail system into any of the outdoor burial basins above, to accommodate installation of your sewage pump, making it like the packaged system we offer above. The rails are 3/4" pipe size, for the ability to fit any depth tank. $ 319.00 #SPDS8     This 2" sewage pump disconnection rail system is just like the unit above, except that it is for 2" discharge pumps to a 2" discharge line. The rail system still uses the 3/4" pipe size rails, and can be sized to fit any burial outdoor sewage tank. The above sewage pump disconnect rail systems can also be used in the indoor sewage basins that install into your basement floor. This makes it easier to remove the pump from the basin, and even easier to align the pump when re-installing it into the basin.
